Return Ferry Ticket with Fred Olsen to Lanzarote

It was reassuring to know that we had booked our tickets in advance with the Trusted TUI brand . The Fred Olsen representative was professional and efficient . The ferries outward and return were prompt and comfortable . Really enjoyed our day out in Lanzarote .

Was very very good . The only thing was we picked 10.30 when booking and says you have to be there 45 mins before to check in but when we went to the office it's was 9am or 11.15 the ferry times so we had a while to wait. Would defo do again

Issue with booking. Time was incorrect so has to go to ticket office and get ticket/ booking changed.

Really simple to book online through the app through to getting on and off the ferry. Enjoyed the whole experience

Was perfect for a day trip to lanzarote from Fuerteventura. Express Ferry was fabulous nice and quick in duration which I prefer and staff at ticket office and on ferry were really nice and helpful. Excellent service all round and the staff in the lanzarote office allowed us to alter the return time we had picked as we were ready to come back to Fuerteventura earlier than we had anticipated. Thank you Tui and Fred Olsen for giving us great service and a fantastic day on a different island.
