Meet a staff member at the fountain in Russell Square, WC1B 5EH. The staff member will be wearing a dark blue ‘Vox City’ uniform. Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible.
What to remember

Not allowed:

  • Items not permitted in the British museum include large bags heavier than 8 kg, wheeled cases, folding bicycles, and more. Visit the British Museum website for a full list of prohibited items

Know in advance:

  • Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the app and audio guide prior to arrival
  • Pushchairs are permitted on-site. Fold-up prams and buggies can be left free of charge in the cloakroom
  • Multilingual audio commentary in English, Italian, French, German, and Spanish

Remember to bring:

  • Your own headphones
  • It is strongly recommended to bring an umbrella or raincoat, which can be checked at the British Museum for a fee. Cloakroom fees include: coats £2, bags up to 4 kg £2.50, bags 4-8 kg £5, umbrellas £1
