  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time
  • This tour includes access to a glassblowing demonstration on the island of Murano
  • Free of charge for infants (age 0-3) and people with reduced mobility
  • Take your voucher with you (printed or electronic) and show it at the Doge di Venezia desk in order to be allowed on board
  • In particular weather conditions (for example in case of fog) or adverse weather conditions, the service may not be regular and the tour may be suspended
  • The boat will depart promptly at the end of each stop, so make sure to take note of the times communicated on board and be ready to depart on time

    Travelled as a couple

    We would liked to have spent more time on the islands. We did not realise we had to go to St Marko, Venice first and change boats on the way. We had less than 1 hour free time on Murano. It was unclear which boat to depart on from Burano as it was a different boat yet again. We did not see the tour guide there.
